Simple Lentil Soup Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

100 grams carrots, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt

100 grams celeriac, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt

200 grams lentils, mature seeds, cooked, boiled, with salt

2 tablespoons oil, olive, salad or cooking

2 tablespoons soy sauce made from soy (tamari)

1 liter water, tap, drinking

 

 

 

 

PREPARATION:

In a a deep pot saute celeriac and carrot cubes on olive oil until golden. Add lentils, water. Simmer for 30 minutes, Add tamari, salt to taste.
