Peanut Butter

INGREDIENTS:

200 gram raw peanuts (unsalted, not roasted)

1 tablespoon sunflower oil

pinch of cinnamon

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

PREPARATION:

Put the peanuts with the sunflower oil in a food processor/mixer and let it run for about 10 minutes. Then stir some cinnamon through the peanut butter. Ready to put some on a cracker or toast. Easy right? Do you have a sweet tooth? In that case add some vanilla powder and some unrefined sugar.
