Mediterranean Soup with Oyster Mushrooms


30 dag mushrooms

2 tablespoons of olive oil

10 spoons of cooked pasta

8 ounces of vegetable soup

2 garlic

2 tablespoons of tomato puree

1 onion

1 tablespoon of chopped parsley

1/2 tablespoon of basil, salt, pepper




Clean and cut the mushrooms into cubes. Chopped onions and garlic fry briefly in olive oil and add the mushrooms, tomatoes, vegetable soup, basil, pasta, salt and pepper. Let it all boil for about half an hour.
