Rolls with Garlic


500 g of flour

1 dry yeast

1 tablespoon of olive oil

Around 3 dl of lukewarm water

1 teaspoon of salt


100 g of margarine

1 garlic clove

A pinch of rosemary



Dissolve yeast in a little bit of water. Mix all ingredients and make smooth dough. Leave the dough an hour to rise. Divide the dough into fifteen equal parts, then each part transform into an elongated bar. Roll the dough into the "node" form. In the melted margarine add finely chopped garlic and rosemary. Spread stuffing over the dough and bake in the oven for about ten minutes at 180°C.
