Beans Spread

INGREDIENTS:

1 head of garlic

100 grams of dried tomatoes

250 grams of white beans

half a teaspoon of mustard

salt and pepper

2 teaspoons of fresh chopped parsley

 

 

 

 

PREPARATION:

Take one garlic head and bake it in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes without peeling or separating cloves. When baked, let it cool down for a few minutes, then squeeze soft content from it and put it in the blender or bowl where you gonna mix it (with hand blender). Add drained beans, tomatoes and all remaining ingredients (except parsley). Blend it all and mix parsley manually.
