Brussels Sprouts and Tofu Stir Fry with Chili and Walnuts

INGREDIENTS:

100 grams brussels sprouts, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt

1 cup chopped nuts, walnuts, black, dried

1 red hot chili pepper

200 grams tofu, hard, prepared with nigari

1 tablespoon coconut oil

 

 

 

 

 

PREPARATION:

Remove 2-3 outer leaves and stem, quarter, steam or blanch brussels sprouts, strain, dry. In a wok roast walnuts, when done add coconut oil, chilli pepper and tofu cubes, stir fry. When tofu is golden and crunchy, add brussels sprouts, stir fry 2-3 minutes, salt and pepper to taste, serve.
