Quick Veggies

INGREDIENTS:

200g of frozen vegetable mix

2 tablespoon of sesame seeds

1 small onion

2 garlic cloves

Ginger

Olive oil

Turmeric, red pepper, basil, sea salt

 

 

 

 

PREPARATION:

Cook frozen vegetables in the water or boil them on the steam. In another bowl on olive oil lightly fry the onion, garlic, turmeric and sesame seeds. Add cooked vegetables, a little bit of finely chopped fresh ginger and spices (basil, red pepper and salt) and simmer all together for few minutes, enough for ingredients to merge. This is how you get your quick vegetables! :-)
