Pasta with Poplar Mushrooms and Tofu

INGREDIENTS:

2 garlic cloves

150 g of poplar mushrooms

100 g of fresh tofu

200 g of integral pasta

Turmeric, sea salt, pepper, basil

Coconut oil

 

 

 

 



PREPARATION:

Simmer garlic and turmeric on coconut oil. Wash and cut poplar mushrooms and add them together with tofu. Add spices (salt, pepper, basil) and simmer all together for about 15 minutes. Once it's done, serve with previously cooked pasta. Enjoy your meal!
