Quick and Spicy Asparagus Wrap


2 small asparagus stalks

2 tortillas

Garlic clove

2-3 spring onions

Several cherry tomatoes

Green Hot Pepper

Olive oil

Salt and pepper

Your favorite hot sauce




Clean the asparagus by breaking off the hard parts. Cut hot pepper and garlic into slices and fry them for a minute or two in a pan with olive oil. Add the asparagus. Be careful not to overcook them. It doesn't take long - only a few minutes. Make sure to keep them juicy and to retain a nice green color. When you're done, stir in the chopped green onions and cut through tomatoes, salt and pepper. Put everything on heated tortillas and cover with hot sauce. We used our favorite - Srirachu with ginger. Enjoy the taste of spring.
