Smoked Tofu and Mushroom Crispbread


10 crackers, crispbread, rye

5 sprigs dill weed, fresh

400 g mushrooms, portabella

1 tbsp olive oil

200 g smoked tofu, prepared with nigari







Sautee diced mushrooms until done, add grated smoked tofu. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve on crackers, garnish with dill.
