Protein "Koburek" with Smoked Tofu and Vegan Cheese


300g of oyster mushrooms

200g of smoked tofu

4 leaves of vegan cheese

3 onions

4 sheets of dough for strudel (without eggs)

200g of Swiss chard or spinach

80g of oat flakes

Salt and pepper (optional)




Chop the onion and fry in oil until it gets golden. Add oyster mushrooms and spinach/chard and continue to fry for another ten minutes. Chop tofu and add it together with oat flakes to the mixture. Add salt and pepper and mix well. Put half the mixture on two sheets of dough, add two sheets of cheese and roll it up. Do the same with the remaining two sheets of dough. Sprinkle "Koburek" with a little bit of oil and place it in a greased baking pan. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. Leave it to cool down for about ten minutes, and the dish is ready to be served.
