INGREDIENTS:
1 head of kale
3 carrots
Few cloves of garlic
Olive oil
Sea salt, pepper, turmeric, sweet red pepper
PREPARATION:
Put the kale leaves in the baking pan, add sliced carrots and garlic, top with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, turmeric and sweet red pepper. Cover with aluminum foil and leave it to bake for 20 minutes at 180° C. Remove the foil for the last few minutes in order for the vegetables to brown.
