INGREDIENTS:

Pizza: 150 g of corn, 150 g of button mushrooms, 2 tablespoons of tofu pate, 100 g of baked tofu pepper, 1 tablespoon of oregano
Dough: 35 g of wheat flour, 15 g of whole wheat flour, 1 yeast powder (7 g), 1 teaspoon of salt, 5 tablespoons of water
For tomato sauce: 250 g of tomato paste sauce, 1 tsp of oil, sugar and flour, 2 large cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of oregano

PREPARATION:

How to make the dough: Mix the flour, yeast, salt and water until the dough connects. Knead until gets smooth. Let the dough grow (leave covered in a warm place for about 20 minutes).
How to make the sauce: On a low heat in a little bit of olive oil fry finely chopped garlic. Add a teaspoon of flour and stir until gets golden. Add tomato sauce and stir until boiling point. Add sugar and oregano and cook for another 10 minutes on low heat.
How to put together a pizza: Grease the baking (35 x 25 cm) with olive oil and heat the oven to 180 C. Place the dough in the baking pan and roll the size of the container. Evenly smear tomato sauce and tofu pate. Chop and place tofu on top of it. Then pile corn, mushrooms and add the oregano. Bake for 20 minutes. Cut pizza in half.
