Vegan burek


1 package phyllo dough

2x400 g vegan yogurts

100 ml oil

100-150 ml mineral water

a pinch of baking soda

2 level teaspoons salt

150 ml cooking cream (Optional. If you don't have cream, use 150 ml mineral water. If you do use cream, then go with 100 ml mineral water.)





Heat the oven to 180°C (fan oven and upper and lower heating). One by one, soak 2 separate pie crusts in the mix, and place them on a greased baking dish. Add 2 pie crusts on top of them.  Put a finger of water and a finger of oil in a cup and stir, and pour the mixture over the top layer of pie crusts.

Bake until the top crust gets golden brown. Make sure not to burn.
