Nettle Risotto


2 cups of chopped and blanched nettle

2 cups of chopped onions

3 cups of cooked brown rice

Oil, salt and water left from blanching









Simmer the onions in the oil until they become clear; add the nettle and let it simmer shortly. Add the cooked rice, salt and 1 dl of water left from blanching. Stir the ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.
