Mashed Potatos with Garlic


2 whole heads of garlic

1 tablespoon of olive oil

900 g of peeled potatoes

125 ml oat milk

55 g margarine

salt, pepper







Separate garlic cloves, place them on the large piece of foil and drizzle with oil. Wrap the garlic with the foil and bake it for an hour in the oven, which was previously heated to 180°C, until the garlic becomes soft. Let it cool for a bit.
In the meantime chop the potatoes and cook them for 15 min (until soft) in boiling salted water.
Squeeze the cooled garlic cloves out of their skin and press through a strainer. Place them into a bowl, add oat milk, margarine, salt and pepper. Heat the mixture on low heat until the margarine melts.
Strain and mash the potatoes. Add the garlic mixture and cook on low heat until the ingredients are unified. Serve hot.
