Fried Chickpeas


3 cans chickpeas

1 onion

1 garlic

3 fresh tomatoes

1 red bell pepper


salt, pepper





Rinse and drain chickpeas. Mince onion and garlic. Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onion and garlic until golden. Add chickpeas and fry until it starts to pop like popcorn. Add diced tomatoes and peppers in the pan and fry for a few minutes until tomatoes get soft. Season to taste.
