INGREDIENTS:
200 g soy nuggets
Bread flour
Water
Oil
Bread crumbs
Salt
Soy sauce
Mustard
Garlic
INSTRUCTIONS:
Boil the soy nuggets in salted water for about 15 minutes, drain and let cool. Marinate them overnight in a soy sauce, mustard, garlic and oil marinade. Roll them in flour, then in a mixture of flour, water and salt (same as crepe dough), and then in bread crumbs. Pack the bread crumbs well so they don’t fall off during frying. Fry in hot oil on both sides until golden brown. Serve with carrot and celery salad or Olivier salad (with plant-based mayo).
