Seitan Steak

INGREDIENTS:

300 g seitan

Soy sauce or tamari

2 sprigs of rosemary

Water

 

 

 

 

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Cut the seitan into slices a few mm thick. Lay the seitan in a pan greased with olive oil and cover with a lid.
Fry briefly until the seitan sticks to the bottom of the pan.
Add some water and scrape the seitan from the bottom of the pan.
Add some soy sauce or tamari.
Flip the seitan so both sides soak up the sauce.
Add the rosemary, cook for a short while, then cover with a lid so the flavors can merge.
