Stuffed Mushrooms


50 dag of mushrooms

2 tablespoons of chopped parsley

2 garlic cloves

1 small zucchini

1 teaspoon of oregano

1/2 cup of bread crumbs

1/2 cup of olive oil
Salt and pepper





Preheat the oven. Clean the mushroom, remove their stalks and chop them. Grind the garlic and mix it together with mushroom stalks. Add parsley, oregano, bread crumbs, zucchini, salt and pepper. Fill the mushroom caps with it and place them in a baking dish. Add 1 cm of water. Sprinkle the mushrooms with oil and bake them in the oven for about half an hour.
