Thick Carrot Soup


1 kg of carrots

Olive oil

1 garlic clove

Pepper and other spices (optional)

Sea salt

Bay leaf

Integral pasta





Wash the carrots, cut then into large pieces and then cook them with the addition of sea salt. In the second pot put the water for pasta and little bit of salt. When water boils, add integral pasta and simmer for around seven minutes. When carrots are cooked, add the olive oil, garlic, pepper and other spices as desired and stop cooking. Take a hand blender and chop the carrots to get a thick mixture. Add the pasta together with the water in which it was cooked and a few bay leaves.
