Easy Peasy One-Pan Bean Stew

INGREDIENTS:

1 large onion

2 cans of beans (any type)

1/2 L of tomato purée

1 bay leaf

Salt

Ready-made spice blend

4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs

Diced garlic to taste

 

 

 

PREPARATION:

Finely chop the onion and simmer it on oil. Add the rinsed canned beans, stir, then add the tomato purée. Add the breadcrumbs and the remaining spices. Bring the mixture up to a boil, then sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and celery leaves.
