Chocolate Oatmeal with Blueberries

INGREDIENTS:

4 tablespoons of oat flakes

1 tablespoon of protein with chocolate (peas, hemp or combined vegan)

2 teaspoons of cocoa (bitter powder, not the industrial preparation of the beverage)

1/2 banana

1 tablespoon of coconut flakes (cubes of dried coconut, available in health food stores)

2/3 cup of vegetable milk by choice

A small pinch of salt

A handful of blueberries

 

 

 

PREPARATION:

Mix all dry ingredients except blueberries. Pour with milk and cook until it gets creamy. If you do not prefer if densely, add more milk.
Once the oatmeal merges and starts to "blow", remove them to a bowl and serve sprinkled with blueberries. Ingredients are for one physically active person.
