INGREDIENTS:
1 apple
Half a cup of cereal
A cup of almond milk
Bucket of golden flax
Teaspoon of cinnamon (or to taste)
A pinch of salt
A dozen raisins
PREPARATION:
Cook the ingredients while chopping an apple. When the oatmeal is almost finished, add diced apple. Add the apple depending on how well you want it to be cooked. I love it raw, so I added it after I have removed the porridge from fire. You may have to add some sugar, depending on which type of apple you use. At the end add cinnamon. Ground nuts would be nice on top, but I thought of it when I already ate it all, they would definitely add additional healthy acids, fiber and phytonutrients to the meal.
