Raw Vegan Chocolate Ice Cream


2 frozen bananas

2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

2 dates








Place all ingredients in blender and blend. The bananas will blend first, and after a minute or two, the mixture will magically become ice cream. Delicious, creamy, without a pronounced taste of bananas - a delightful vegan ice cream.

The minimalist version: you can use just a banana. You can add a handful of fresh fruit - sliced nectarines or peaches, blueberries, strawberries. Try a combination of pear and ginger or add coconut flour and two-to-three tablespoons of coconut milk. In most combinations you don’t have to sweeten the ice cream - we are sweet today because of the bitter cocoa powder. Given the ingredients, you can also eat this ice cream for breakfast.
