Melon Cream


1 kg peeled and seeded melon cubes

1 cup oat flakes

1 tablespoon cornstarch

3 cups plant milk or water

2 teaspoons agar agar

1 cup malt syrup

pinch of stevia

pinch of salt




Cook oat flakes and melon cubes with 2 cups of milk. When cooled, mix with cornstarch in a blender.
Place agar agar in a cup of water or plant milk. Add salt or sweetener and bring to a boil, then add the mixture from the blender and cook for 10 more minutes.
