Chocolate Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS:

100 g baking chocolate

2 packages vanilla sugar

Cinnamon

75 g fresh tofu

Approximately 300 ml soy milk

Hazelnuts

 

 

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Melt 100 g of baking chocolate with some soy milk. Combine in a blender with the cinnamon, vanilla sugar, tofu and a few chopped hazelnuts, then add about 200 ml of soy milk and stir. Sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts and grated chocolate and freeze.
