INGREDIENTS:
1 banana
1 pear
2 kiwis
Ginger cubes
1/2 tsp of Ceylon cinnamon
PREPARATION:
The preparation of this healthy and delicious dessert is quite simple. Banana, pear, kiwis and ginger cube (about 1x1 cm) put in a tall jug blender and chop. While mixing, add half a teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon. If you want you can add some sweetener such as agawa or yacon syrup.
