Hazelnut, Almond and Walnut Granola

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

200 g of hazelnuts, 200 g of almonds, 200 g of walnuts, 50 g of linseed, 30 g of chie seeds, 20 g of sunflower seeds (or sesame), 20 g of coconut crumbs, 50 ml of agave or rice syrup, 50 ml of coconut oil, 50 g of dried cranberries or other dried fruit (Optional), a pinch of salt

PREPARATION:

Cut the hazelnuts, almonds and walnuts into bigger pieces. Add seeds, salt, syrup and oil. Stir evenly and spread it in a baking pan by using a baking sheet and put in the oven at 180°C up to 13 minutes. Granola will darken but make sure it doesn't burn. Once it's done leave it to cool down completely and then crumble it into small pieces by using your hands. Add the cranberries and store it all together in a jar.
