INGREDIENTS:

300 g of flour, 125 g of ground walnuts or almonds, 200 g of sugar, 125 g margarine (melted), 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, a pinch of clove spice, grated lemon skin of a half lemon, 1 tablespoon of cocoa, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 tablespoon liqueur, 2 tablespoons of rum, 2-4 tablespoons of oil, 1-3 tablespoon of water, plum jam

PREPARATION:

Mix and knead all the ingredients, except the jam, into a compact mixture. The dough should be neither too dry nor soft so the number of oil and water tablespoons should be adjusted. Separate 1/3 of the mixture. Roll out the rest of 2/3 of the dough and place it in greased bowl. Spread the plum jam on the layer. Then roll out the remaining 1/3 of the mixture, cut into stripes and put them crosswise over the dough. Bake for about 30 minutes at 180-200°C.
