Mango, Coconut & Chia

INGREDIENTS:

1 mango

2 oranges

2 tablespoons of coconut

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

1/2 tsp of Ceylon cinnamon

 

 

 

 

 

 

PREPARATION:

In fresh drained orange juice put cinnamon, chia seeds, coconut flour and leave it to merge for at least an hour. Clean the mango and chop it with stick blender. Stir all together and sprinkle with coconut. That's it - simple, tasty and healthy dessert!
