INGREDIENTS:
2 really ripe bananas
2 cups of oats
Oil
PREPARATION:
Place the oats in a dry blender or a food processor and blend them. In a bowl, mash one banana with a fork and add blended oats. Keep mixing the ingredients with the fork or by hand until they have blended together. Roll the mixture into small balls, then flatten them into circles 1 – 2 cm thick. Place the cookies in a baking pan lightly greased with oil. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
