Choco-Banana Smoothie


3 very ripe medium bananas

300 ml water (or more, to cover the bananas in a blender)

20 g cocoa (or more if you want)

Optional: 4-5 almonds, hazelnuts or walnuts








Add all ingredients in a blender and mix for 1 minute. Pour the smoothie in a cup or jar and enjoy.
