Radish Salad

INGREDIENTS:

1 bundle of radish or 1 white radish daikon root

A few drops of umeboshi or cider vinegar


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

PREPARATION:

Clean, wash and cut radish into sticks (grate daikon in large pieces as an apple). Add a few drops of vinegar and stir. Leave it on the side at least 30 minutes, then strain.
