INGREDIENTS:
1/2 small red cabbage head, 1 apple, 1 carrot, 1/4 of an onion, a handful of raisins, 4 tablespoons of vegan mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of mustard, 1 tablespoon of agave syrup (or other liquid sweetener), 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 1 / 3 cup of vegetable milk, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, a little bit of pepper
PREPARATION:
Grate carrots and apple. Cut cabbage into thin slices. Better yet, use the so-called Mandalina tool for small chopping vegetables. Cut onions into very small pieces.
Mix the vegetables with raisins and pour over the dressing, which you will make on the way to whisk all the other ingredients.
Leave it at least an hour in the refrigerator and stir occasionally.
