Cabbage and Walnut Salad

INGREDIENTS:

0.5 kg of cabbage

1 cup of cooked corn

1 cup of walnuts (previously baked in the oven)

1 lemon cut into cubes

Salt

Parsley

Olive oil
 

 

 

PREPARATION:

Mix corn, nuts and sliced cabbage, add lemon and olive oil, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
