Cooked Salad

INGREDIENTS:

few cauliflower flowers cut into slices

few broccoli flowers cut into slices

1 courgette cut into half-moons

juice from half a lemon

1 spoon of olive oil

1/2 teaspoon of cumin, 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom

4 tablespoons fried almonds, 4 spoons fried pumpkin seeds

pinch of salt

 

 

PREPARATION:

Heat up some water in a pot and one by one quickly boil courgettes, cauliflower and broccoli. Put vegetables in a bowl. In small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt and spices and pour over vegetables. Mix well and decorate with fried almonds and fried pumpkin seeds.
