INGREDIENTS:
400g mushrooms
250g celery root
1 chopped up onion
1 dl water
3 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
pinch of parsley
a little bit of sugar
salt and pepper if needed
PREPARATION:
Wash mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Cook for about 10 minutes in 1 dl water and leave to cool without draining. Boil celery root to soften and cut into thin noodles or cubes. Mix with remaining ingredients and leave to cool.
