INGREDIENTS:
450g rice
3 cans of vegetable soup
1 bundle of green onion, chopped
2/3 big package of raisins
230 g indian raisins, fried
Dressing:
¾ cups olive oil, ¼ cups red wine vinegar
6 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 soup spoon mustard
PREPARATION:
Cook the rice in vegetable soup until it becomes softened (for about 40 minutes). Add water if necessary. When the rice is cooked, drain the soup. Mix the rice with the other ingredients. Put the dressing into a bottle, churn the ingredients well and pour over the salad. Leave the dish to sit for couple of hours and serve it at room temperature.
