INGREDIENTS:
1 avocado
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 onion, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb)
1 tablespoon sauce, ready-to-serve, pepper, TABASCO
1 cup cherry tomatoes, red, ripe
PREPARATION:
Mash avocado flesh, quartered cherry tomatoes with a fork. Add hot sauce, brunoise spring onion, lemon juice, mix well until combined.
