INGREDIENTS:
6-8 potatoes (equal size)
For dough:
30 dg flour
70 dg coarse salt
1.5 l water
1 tablespoon chopped herbs (parsley, thyme, rosemary, sage, mint...)
1 tablespoon red peppercorns
PREPARATION:
Mix all the ingredients to make dough in a bowl, to form a homogenous entity. Wash potatoes well (do not peel), then one by one wrap each in the dough completely. Leave them to rest for 10 minutes on the floured surface. Then arrange them on a baking tray and bake for 40-50 minutes in the oven heated to 180 °C.
