INGREDIENTS:
3 cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 clove garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, 3 tablespoons tomato paste, basil, oregano, 1 dl warm water, 2 loaves of French bread, olives, black and green, fresh parsley, 1 tomato, finely chopped, cherry tomatoes, halved
dried herbs, smoked tofu, diced, red pepper powder, salted potato chips, spring onion, finely minced, sesame seeds (black, yellow), radishes, sliced
PREPARATION:
Put the chickpeas, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, tomato paste, basil and oregano in food processor and mix until the mixture is thick.
Add salt and mix for 10 more seconds.
Spread a layer of hummus on each slice of bread.
Be creative - try decorating the sandwiches with the rest of the ingredients listed.
