INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of dry lentils
1 onion, diced
1 carrot, diced
1 small sweet potato or potato, diced
4 cups of water
1 ½ tablespoon of sea salt
1 tablespoon of parsley, finely chopped
Soy sauce (or just add more salt)
Oil
PREPARATION:
Wash and drain lentils. In an oiled pot briefly fry onions and carrots, add sweet potato or potato and lentils. Pour water, add a pinch of sea salt and heat to boiling. Reduce heat, cover with lid and cook until vegetables soften. Add chopped parsley and the rest of salt, then serve. Spice up with soy sauce.
