INGREDIENTS:
250 g of eco flour
250 g of margarine
250 g of brown sugar
100 g of roasted hazelnuts
1 teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon
PREPARATION:
Melt the margarine on low heat; add the flour and fry, stirring constantly until it becomes dark brown. Add other ingredients and stir for a few minutes. Place the mixture on a baking tray and dice it up once it is cooled.
