Dairy-Free Banana Pudding

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups mashed ripe banana

125g silken tofu, drained

2 packages vanilla sugar

1 tablespoon carob

½ teaspoon nutmeg

¼ cup maple syrup

 

 

 

 

 

PREPARATION:

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a serving bowl or cup and cool for an hour.
