Rice with Orange Zest

INGREDIENTS:

200g rice

80g margarine or oil

100g pine nuts

zest of 1 large orange

salt

 

 

 

 

 

 

PREPARATION:

Cook the rice in salted water. Blanch the orange zest, drain and dry. Melt the margarine in a medium-large saucepan, add the zest and pine nuts. Sauté over low heat for several minutes and carefully stir in the rice.
