Hazelnut Milk

INGREDIENTS:

A handful of hazelnuts

Around 7 dl of water

Pinch of salt

Little bit of vanilla bourbon

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

1 tablespoon of cocoa

3 bananas

 

 

 

 

PREPARATION:

Soak hazelnut overnight, strain, put in a blender and mix with a little bit of water to form a thin paste and in order for hazelnut to grind better. Add remaining water and blend for another few minutes. Strain through cheesecloth. Half the quantity of milk put in the blender with bananas and cocoa and blend for about 3 minutes. Pour into the pan and add the chia seeds and mix well. Set aside for 10 minutes before drinking.
