INGREDIENTS:
1 dcl of cold green tea
80 g of ripe pineapple
Juice of half a lemon
Cubes of fresh ginger (1 cm x 1 cm)
½ teaspoon of powder from young barley leaves
3 ice cubes
PREPARATION:
Preparing it is simple. Place all ingredients in blender and blend for about 30 seconds. Drink it slowly and enjoy.
