Coco-banana After Fitness Shake

INGREDIENTS:

2-3 bananas

juice of 1 lemon

½ cup unsweetened multivitamin juice

½ cup coconut milk

1 cup soy milk

1-2 tsp maple syrup

2 tbs organic coconut flour (for decoration)

 

 

 

PREPARATION:

Blend all ingredients in a blender until creamy. Pour in a glass and sprinkle with coconut flour.
