Lassi a refreshing soy-yoghurt based fruity drink

INGREDIENTS:

2 peaches

2 apricots

Soy yoghurt

Water

Sweetener of choice

 

 

 

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Peel and seed the peaches and apricots, and combine them in a blender with soy yoghurt. Add water for ideal consistency, making sure that the drink stays thick and frothy.
